Lemon-flavoured olive oil has a delicate taste, and is pleasant to palate. It contains no artificial flavourings and is produced through a simple pressing process of olives and whole lemons: in this way olive oil keeps the excellent features of the masterly selected fruits. These features make it a perfect accompaniment with fish, boiled vegetables, seafood, carpaccio (thinly sliced raw meat dressed with olive oil and parmesan cheese) or as you wish.
